Description Independent Insurance Agency looking for an experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.

This Personal Lines Insurance Position entails:

Handling New Accounts and Renewals - Property & Casualty Home, Auto, Umbrella, etc.

Servicing Personal Lines (Home, Auto, Umbrella) Accounts

Completing insurance applications

Bringing accounts to Market

Issuing Certificates of Insurance/ID Cards

Processing Add-ons and Changes

Billing

Cross-selling

Compensation for this position also includes:

Vacation Pay

Health/Medical Plan

Retirement/401k/IRA

Requirements MUST HAVE INSURANCE EXPERIENCE

Prospective Applicants Should:

Be licensed or willing to be licensed for insurance in the state of IL.

Be experienced with Insurance Software(such as; Applied Systems, AMS, TAM, Sagitta, etc.)

Know how to market to Insurance Carriers (such as; Chubb, Hartford, St Paul, Zurich, SafeCo, etc).

Be able to explain coverages to all Personal Lines Insurance Clients
