We are working with one of our partner companies seeking Customer Service Representatives. We are looking for individuals with call center customer service experience.
Schedule: Must be available 7 days a week between 8am-9pm.
Pay: $10.00-$10.70 depending on shift
Job Duties:
- Receives inbound calls from customers, clients and insurance carriers
- Acts as first point of contact for customers, clients and insurance carriers
- Resolves issues and answers questions
- Solves customer inquiries and problems on first call
- Maintains positive customer relationships
- Works in a fast-paced and potentially high stress environment
