Title Loan / Title Pawn Sales Rep

We are looking for Title Loan / Title Pawn Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team.
We are seeking individuals to initiate and close deals with customers over the phone and in person.

Job Responsibilities: 

·         Monitor and manage potential clients.

·         Diligently follow up with potential participants to gather required documentation.

·         Attain monthly and quarterly production quotas.

·         Underwrite deals to ensure they comply with standards.

·         Issue checks to customers.

·         2 years of sales experience.

·         Superior rapport building skills.

·         Ability to forge strong relationships over the telephone and in-person.

·         Well-established documented history in sales with proven sales track record.

·         Superior verbal and written communication skills.

·         Self-motivated

·         A background in title loan, title pawn, rent-to-own, consumer finance, car rental, collections or automotive is a plus.

Requirements:

·         Have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

·         Good credit and clean criminal history.

·         Spanish speaking preferred.

Travel 

Must have transportation and be able to travel around the Atlanta area. This type of travel could make up 100% of the schedule.
