Work involves researching credit and wage data of selected clients from microfilm and microfiche and entering the data into a standardized system. Research and analysis of the data will sometimes require interaction with internal and external staff, and clients. The quality and accuracy of the data being extracted and transferred is critical.
Duties include:
- Research, identify, prepare and enter appropriate client financial data into the appropriate software.
- Communicate with staff regarding client data issues that are identified in the research.
- Prepare reports for quality control review and to support batch updates.
- Maintain document accountability.
- Gather information to correct invalid client information.
- Related duties as assigned.
