JX PacLease., a franchise of PACCAR Leasing, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin has an opening for a
General Manager. This person will be responsible for branch location(s) with comprehensive oversight of investment in the company store(s). The General Manager develops business plan goals and objective and carries out appropriate actions to achieve them. General area of responsibility includes business planning, shop management, sales management, financial management, staff/personnel management, and franchise network relations management.
- Business plan management to include annual/long-term planning; capital budget process; monthly reconciliation of Actual vs. Plan.
- Shop management to include tracking PM inspection; expense budgeting; determining staffing requirements, scheduling hours of operations; overseeing warranty claims and tire program; customer relations; conducting safety and shop meetings.
- Sales management to include marketing/market evaluations, cold calls, presentations; rate preparation; truck pricing; used truck sales; client relations; goal-setting.
- Financial management to include rental utilization; P&L; credit and collections; asset management; billing; payable; accounting systems.
- Staff management; conduct staff meetings; personnel evaluations; performance management, staffing, employee development.
