    Job Description 

    We are seeking an experienced attorney admitted in CT to assist in Company’s franchise development.  Candidate must have a strong background in franchise law and drafting contracts.  Must have strong research, writing and communication skills to handle all facets of in house legal work.  Please submit resume, cover letter and salary requirements.

     

    Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Negotiating and drafting contracts

    • Coordination with other departments within the company through the negotiation process

    • Developing and documenting procedures, templates, and informational resources

     


    Job Requirements 

    • Juris Doctorate Required from top tier law school

    • 3-5 years of legal experience

    • Excellent research and writing skills
