Globally, Zenta has over 2,200 call center employees. We’re pleased to announce that we’re expanding our operations in Charlotte. Our newest facility will service a number of blue chip financial services organizations. For one prominent client we have an immediate need for call center customer service representatives.
Customer Service Representative – Mortgage Industry
Location: Charlotte, NC
Description:
- Customer Service Representatives are the initial point of contact with customers regarding the servicing of their mortgage and answering inquiries on products or services.
- All call taking is inbound and the nature of the job is to provide customers with information on their account.
- The main focus of activity involves verbal phone discussions around a specific area of mortgage servicing (Loss Mitigation).
- Representatives must be adept at listening, clearly answering questions and initial problem solving. Representatives must be able to summarize the call and explain how the concerns will be resolved. All required knowledge will be provided during training.
- Representatives will be scheduled for an 8.5 hour shift. One half-hour lunch break and two 15 minute breaks will be provided daily. Shift start times will vary. Staffed hours will be between 8:30am to 8:30pm ET, Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays may be required from time to time.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional listening and conversational skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with customers
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
- Passion for customer service
- Enthusiasm and energy
- Ability to handle multiple changing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Previous call center based customer service experience required
- Mortgage and Loss Mitigation experience a strong plus
