Liability TPA Desk Examiner

Raphael and Associates is an internationally renowned Independent Claims Adjusting Company and Third Party Administrator with offices in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida and London, England.

 

Presently, due to our continued expansion, we have excellent opportunities available in our Liability Claims Division in our RUTHERFORD, NJ location.

 

We are currently searching for a self motivated individual with a strong work ethic, relevant experience, the will to be successful and the desire to make a difference every day.

 

We are seeking a TPA / General Liability Desk Examiner.  Responsibilities include, detailed reporting, accurate reserving, coverage analysis, superior negotiation skills, reporting to clients and overseeing claims from inception to completion.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* Excellent written and oral communication abilities

* Above average Computer skills

* Experience in a paperless environment a plus

* A well-versed grasp and understanding of insurance contracts

* A minimum of three plus years related experience (previous experience with an

   independent adjusting company a plus)

* Outstanding Organizational Skills

* The ability to work exceptionally well with peers and with clients

* Experience with the E&S market a plus

* Good Sense of Humor is Essential

* Positive & Enthusiastic Attitude

* Superior Work Ethic
