Vice President of Retail Lending

Description Stonegate Mortgage seeks an experienced Vice President of Retail Lending. This position is responsible for the day to day sales activities of retail branch offices located throughout the Midwest. The primary responsibilites are to effectively recruit, coach, manage, and motivate a high performance sales team.

The VP of Retail Lending will be responsible for managing the company's lead management system, procurement of leads and cost analysis of all lead sources, as well as improving the performance of all self generated and lead based loan officers in the branch offices. This position has profit and loss responsibility, and some travel is required.

Stonegate is a seller/servicer of FNMA/GNMA loans, with primary retail origination markets of Kansas City, Indianapolis, and Columbus. All branch offices perform portfolio retention efforts, as well as originate via self generated loans and internet based lead sources. Candidates will have experience in managing offices and product experience for FHA/VA/USDA and Agency loan programs.

Requirements * 5 + years experience managing multiple retail branch offices.
* Strong history of holding individuals accountable for results in a mortgage environment
* Background in Customer Profiling, Search Engine Optimization, and Online Customer    Fulfillment a plus
* Marketing background and MBA preferred
* Experience managing multiple profit and loss statements by branch required
* Strong product knowledge of Agency and Government Loan Programs
* Prior training experience preferred
