Requirements
Preferred candidates will have a master's degree in a related field with a bachelor's degree required. Ideal candidates will possess seven to 10 years of experience in areas of talent management, including recruiting, training and development, and succession planning with proven success in these areas and managing and motivating teams. To be successful in this role, flexibility, adaptability and excellent judgment and decision-making abilities are imperative, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
