Manager, Generations Advantage Sales
Martin’s Point has an exciting opportunity for a proven sales manager to oversee coordination, development and implementation of all functions for our Generations Advantage sales channel. In this key position, the selected candidate provides day-to-day direction to sales representatives and agents and strategizes with the VP of Marketing on sales approaches that maximize membership growth. This role also collaborates across organizational departments ensuring optimal service levels are offered members and key stakeholders. Additional duties include partnering with Martin’s Point leadership to determine long-term goals and strategies to increase enrollment and retain membership, and developing, implementing and managing effective marketing and sales programs to meet those goals.
