1. Provide information to all potential students interested in receiving information about the programs, including entrance requirements, curricula and academic standards.
2. Accurately classify all inquiries by the appropriate media source and account for all inquiries.
3. Follow-up on and record all prospective student inquiries that fail to schedule an interview, fail to show for an interview, fail to enroll, or fail to start.
4. Comply with governmental regulations and standards of accreditation as they relate to enrolling students.
5. Utilize an approved telephone presentation and interview procedure during the enrollment process.
6. Conduct an interview, wherein any reference to Financial Aid complies with the stated Company policy.
7. Provide campus tours to prospective students.
8. Achieve a minimum number of starts during each enrollment period as determined and set by Director of Admissions.
9. Enroll students who met eligibility requirements as published in the school’s catalog.
10. Complete all required forms for enrollment, schedule the Financial Aid appointment, and follow up to ensure that Financial Aid packaging is complete.
11. Develop and implement plan for Representative Generated Referrals from current and prospective students.
12. Ensure that all pre-start paperwork is completed.
13. Follow up with students once they are enrolled.
14. Keep all required reports current and accurate.
15. Maintain a reasonable conversion rate on all types of inquiries from lead to interview, interview to application, application to enrollment, and enrollment to start as determined by Director of Admissions and Company directives.
16. Attend Open Houses and other functions designed to attract and enroll students.
17. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Training or experience in public speaking
- Previous sales experience either in or out of education industry
Certifications or other:
- A high energy level and a strong desire to succeed
- A willingness to follow high ethical standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- In certain states, employee must be able to be bonded and licensed as an Admissions Representative
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must complete a one-day shadowing of another Admissions Representative in order to be eligible for hire.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
