Job Description

Q&A has joined with a growing Dallas client in search of a Human Resources Director.  This is a chance to grow your career in HR with a company that will be expanding into a global marketplace.  Responsibilities will include oversight of all HR functions with a heavy emphasis on Compensation.  You will be responsible for managing a team of five with the potential to grow to 11 within one year.   This position will report to the Senior VP of HR.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or HR; Masters Degree HIGHLY preferred.  Bachelor's Degree from a top 10 school may be substituted for a Masters.
  • Candidate MUST have strong compensation experience including Executive & Sales/Incentive compensation.  Candidates without extensive compensation experience will not be considered. 
  • Must have experience working in a compensation department for a large company and/or consulting firm prior to becoming an HR Director.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years in HR Management including 2 at a Director level.
  • Ideal candidate will have served as the HR Director for a company with revenues of $100-500 million.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
