Our client is searching for an Assistant General Counsel to lead real estate development for the corporation. The company is looking for candidates with 12+ years of experience in real estate development focused on construction of high-density, mixed-use properties. The successful candidate will work with management on strategic issues, as well as lead the real estate team. The position is also responsible for overseeing formation of metro districts and financing of improvements, as well as legal aspects of registration. Top tier credentials are essential for this position. General real estate transactions and finance experience will not suffice – candidates must have 50% or more of their experience focused in appropriate development and construction.
