 *THIS POSITION IS PART-TIME WITH NO BENEFITS, LOCATED IN OUR WESLEY CHAPEL OFFICE, MONDAY - SATURDAY, SHIFTS VARY, SOME TRAVEL BETWEEN LOCATIONS MAY BE REQUIRED*

BASIC PURPOSE


The purpose of this job is to provide Stellar Customer Service, accommodating walk-in customers request for sale of company products, processing payments, handling inquires, issuing or receiving equipment and any other function of a full service lobby. This person will have extensive contact with the public in very high volume offices.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for excellent on stage full service customer contact including:
  • Processing customer payments on a direct contact basis
  • Responsible for extremely high volume of cash on a daily basis
  • Must balance efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare and submit daily deposits
  • Must be able to quality control deposit accuracy
  • Responsible for individual equipment inventory of over $40,000.
  • Must order, maintain, track and reconcile inventory accurately daily
  • Reports to warehouse and Inventory Coordinator monthly inventory
  • Appropriately resolve billing inquires
  • Troubleshoot repair and technical issues
  • Knowledge of equipment hook-up and usage
  • Basic computer knowledge for Roadrunner & MISP services for inquires, sales or prices
  • Must be able to appropriately address/prevent adverse actions on disconnect or downgrade of service
  • Responsible for selling all company products with full knowledge of each product with promotions
  • Must be diverse with self discipline and organized to stay abreast of all company changes etc. (Departments, Intranet, bulletin board and Sharepoint web sites)
  • Responsible for office inventory and supplies
  • Must be able to multi-task to accommodate high levels of traffic
  • Must maintain 97% accuracy or better
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • HUMAN RELATIONS


    Has extensive contact with customers, office personnel, and the general public. Demonstrate effectively onstage excellent customer care skills with a friendly personality. Have no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of 3-6 months of office, clerical and/or customer service experience is required. Experience with computers and sales are preferred.


SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES



Skills include typing 40 wpm, and ten-key by touch. Must have good persuasive verbal communications, excellent customer service skills, efficient, organized, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently at one time. Knowledge of general office procedures, basic mathematics, familiarity and use of computers. Knowledge of ACP billing services. Must have proven cash-out experience, (balance a cash drawer). Must have a valid Florida Drivers license in good standing and dependable transportation.


ENVIRONMENT



Day and Weekend work. Operates under stressful conditions in a fast pace environment. Must be able to wear company uniforms.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



Sitting/standing/stooping and pushing for long periods of time. Up and down frequently. Long-term typing and reading on computer. May lift and carry converters up to 15lbs. High volume face-to-face communication.


HOURS



Hours will vary and will include closing shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.  Every Saturday is required.
