We’re looking for eager, aggressive Retention Specialist in our Customer Care area to carve their own spot in the story of Sparkplug growth. Ideal candidate is personable and self-motivated with a high degree of integrity.   

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of call center customer care/retention experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in IT, ISP, WISP, Data or Telecom industries is preferred but not mandatory.
  •  Exceptional communication skills a must as you will be following up with current clients.
  • Ability to quickly identify customer issues and concerns
  • CRM experience is helpful, preferably Salesforce or similar
Able to professionally represent the company over the telephone

Requirements
  • Pro-active relationship building with current customers to retain/save and renew accounts
  • Work directly with Customer Care and other departments on retention strategies
  • Assist billing, support & sales departments to resolve customer issues.   
    Learn all aspects of the business and our systems
