Customer Service/Telemarketers

S.T.A.T. Industry Repair Station, Aviation and Components Company is looking for dedicated Locators/Telemarketers, and Customer Service Specialists to join our team. This is a career growth opportunity for individuals with strong phone and data entry skills, as well as experience in sourcing Military and Commercial Aviation parts.

The successful candidate will provide sales and support for the Repair, Aviation, and Components Industry. This position is in-house.

Primary responsibilities are developing services offerings to meet customer needs, and direct support to sales and business development organizations.

REQUIREMENTS

(Locators/Telemarketers)

The ideal candidate will possess two (2) to three (3) years of customer service, telemarketing experience. Training for the right candidate may apply.

·    -strong business thinking skills and ability

         · -excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer interaction skills

· -proficient with MS Excel, Word

· -organized and highly motivated

· -ability to multi-task

       · -proven performance in gaining an understanding of customer business 
 requirements, performing analysis of requirements, and development of 
 solutions to meet those requirements

· -strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy of work.
