Koch Air, LLC has been focused on distributing quality Carrier residential and commercial products since 1936, and is the fourth oldest Carrier distributor. Today, Koch Air, is also among the ten largest independent Carrier distributors in the U.S. with six branches and more than 260,000 square feet of equipment and parts warehousing throughout the Midwest. Currently, we are looking for a Sales Engineer for our Commercial Sales team in our St. Louis territory. This position will be the first level direct contact with the customer and will be charged with generating sales within our territory by promoting all Koch Air products and services. Our Sales Engineer (SE) will perform sales functions to achieve sales and margins targets by maintaining existing and developing new accounts. The SE will also assist in developing and maintaining a relationship between customers and the customer finance department and be an active member of the sales team in its entirety, which includes assisting with residential sales in the territory, attendance at sales and promotional trainings and team meetings, participation in the overall bid process, implementing sales strategies, and attendance and participation in trade shows. Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree and have at least three years of related experience in commercial HVAC sales.
