At this time, we are looking for Sales Representatives for Farmington, NM and the surrounding area.  If you are seeking an organization and a career that will utilize your presentation skills, strong work ethic and passion for success, consider Capital Business Systems, Inc.

 

Successful candidates will have:

  • 2-4 year degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred

  • At least 2-3 years experience in sales or marketing preferred

  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with a diverse group of staff and outside vendors and contacts, interact with customers and prospects, and work independently

  • General knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices

  • Capability of teaching and training others

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, and Excel, plus good computer skills required

  • High energy with learning mentality and strong work ethic

  • Ability to maintain self-direction and be well organized

  • Great attitude

  • Excellent organizational and written skills, strong verbal communication skills, the capacity to work comfortably in a rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent time management, decision-making, and interpersonal skills

 

Some responsibilities may include:

  • Presentation and sales of our full line of Lanier and Canon Network office products to our existing and potential customers
  • Complete sales activity summaries
  • Manage client relationships to ensure a high degree of satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Identify and drive sales revenue opportunities
  • Lead generation
  • Prepare client usage spreadsheets and proposals
  • Enter contact data into custom database
