Description

HR Generalist for a 250 person non-union manufacturing site. Will be involved in ER, Staffing, Training, Comp./Benefits, Performance Planning and EEO/AAP.

Will handle day to day hands on Generalist plant HR and Divisional HR projects as they arise.

Requirements 7 plus years of HR Manufacturing Plant Leadership exp. Prefer hands on HR exp. from a large company. Must be an HR generalist with solid communication skills. Strong People skills and able to multi task projects. Must come from a large fortune 500 company. Lean environment exp. a strong plus.
