Job Description

Are you looking for a career with exciting opportunities, diverse challenges, great people to work with and a chance to make a difference? If so, Schreiber Foods may be the perfect fit for you.

We’re the world’s largest supplier of customer-brand dairy products. If you’ve had a burger, sandwich, salad or anything else with cheese on it at a restaurant lately, there’s a good chance it was Schreiber cheese.

If you join our team, we’ll provide you with the opportunity to:
  • Be a valued leader. As a leader in one of our U.S. manufacturing or distribution facilities, you’ll keep things running smoothly. You’ll have people looking up to you and valuing your decisions.
  • Make an impact. You’ll initiate new ideas, solve problems and build relationships. The decisions you make will drive improvements and grow our $3+ billion company.
  • Enjoy rewards. When you meet your plant or team’s goals, you can earn a quarterly incentive. That could be extra cash in your pocket every 90 days.

We currently have exciting production and distribution supervisor positions available throughout the United States. In this role, you’re a leader from the moment you walk in the door. It’s your job to supervise a team and use your educational background to improve processes.

Duties of the role include:
  • Leading a team of partners to meet or exceed daily production goals
  • Coaching, providing feedback to and resolving conflicts among team members
  • Identifying customer requirements and communicating them to your team
  • Collaborating to improve plant productivity and increase efficiency
  • Identifying and resolving process issues as they arise

Job Requirements

We’re looking for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will have a degree in:
  • Science: biochemistry, nutrition, food, dairy, animal, biology, bacteriology, molecular biology or microbiology
  • Finance: finance or agricultural economics
  • Engineering: chemical, electrical, mechanical, agricultural, industrial, biomedical or biosystems
  • Business Administration: operations management, supply chain management or logistics
  • MBA

Additional qualifications include:
  • Proven leadership experience in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to make good business decisions quickly
  • Desire to grow and take on new challenges / opportunities.

Please note that you will need to be open to relocation, working off shifts, possible weekend work, and 50+ hour work weeks. If offered employment, you will also be required to prove U.S. citizenship or legal rights to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Our U.S. locations include Arizona (Tempe); Georgia (Gainesville); Missouri (Carthage, Clinton, Monett, Mt. Vernon); Nebraska (Ravenna); Pennsylvania (Shippensburg); Texas (Stephenville); Utah (Logan, Smithfield); and Wisconsin (Green Bay, Richland Center, West Bend, Wisconsin Rapids).

If you’re interested in joining our team of more than 5,000 partners, please apply today.
