Responsible for supervising 4-6 C-Stores and/or truck stops to ensure all locations are meeting company policy and procedure.

Advise management on needed actions.

Assist stores as needed to ensure proper operation.

Responsibilities:
Assists C-Store managers in the daily operations of the store, troubleshoot problems, and generally support C-Store management. 

Ensures company policies are followed and serves as liaison between corporate and C-Store level employees.

Ensures proper operation of equipment.

Ensures cleanliness and safety of each location is met per company policy and procedure.
Involved with hiring of store personnel.

Participate in meetings with vendors and upper management, including discussing marketing strategies.

Helps to control unit expenditures.  Monitors inventory, cash, and deposits. 

Ensures store managers follow company policy and procedures, and give the highest level of customer service. 

Responsible for meeting costs, inventory, and payroll budgets. 

Communicates with upper management to ensure that the correct company standards are in the units. 

Ensures all policies regarding sales and inventory are followed.

Requirements Stable job history.

3-5 years related C-Store multi unit or multi-management experience or equivalent 8-11 years direct retail management experience preferred.

Must have a valid driver's license and provide proof of insurance.

Written communication skill to compose reports and work-related manuals.

Oral communication skill to communicate with customers, co-workers, vendors, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner. Interpersonal communication skill to negotiate agreements favorable to the Company, reconciling differences to arrive at acceptable solutions.

Ability to support other employees by being directly responsible for improving information, services, or support other employees need to do their jobs.

Ability to persuade others to a course of action by instructing, convincing, or influencing through professional guidance using logic and example.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
