Spherion is currently working with a dynamic Fortune 500 organization in efforts to assist them in finding a high energy Customer Service Representative in Cedar Rapids IA!

 

This is a long term (12 month) contract position!

 

Must be able to work 10:00am-7:00pm, including weekends and possible overtime!

 

Job Description:

 

  • Gather customer information and identify requests
  • Provide immediate response information or escalate as necessary
  • Support various customer service teams in a variety of departments
  • Update customer information in database as necessary
  • Take orders and enter information into company database
  • Perform various clerical duties
  • Complete other projects as needed

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 2 years customer service or clerical experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • High school diploma required
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • This position pays $11.00 per hour
