Job Description 

 

Land a steady job as a Carpenter with America's premier construction employer. Tradesmen International is now accepting applications for Commercial Carpenters with a minimum of 3 years experience in commercial construction. Work is concentrated in and around Central Indiana. Traveling opportunities nationwide with per diem.  You need experience with steel studs, drywall, interior trim work, concrete forms and good math skills a plus. You should be able to read construction / carpenter blueprints and must be able to perform job layouts. Commercial Carpenters should posses concrete form and finish skills, with the ability to tie / tack rebar, set forms and float. We do provide Apprentice level Carpenters Apprenticeship opportunities.

Also, you should have working knowledge of jobsite safety; we provide all carpenter employees 10-hour OSHA training as needed.

a. Valid State Driver's License / Reliable Transportation

c. Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
d. Possess verifiable references

Must be reliable, self motivated and have your own basic trade hand tools. You must have or be willing to attend a 10-hour OSHA Construction Safety course, possess good communication skills and be able to maintain a safe work area. Finally, Drug-Free individuals need only apply.
