Description
The Marketing Analytics Manager will support the Department’s goals that support the profitability, success and growth of the various Janney Advantage products – Sweep Program, Mortgage products, and other Janney Banking products. The position will be responsible for developing marketing, education and promotion of this product to financial consultants and their clients. This position also works closely with Operations, Private Client Group Administration, Marketing, and Finance to position the existing and future banking products as a value added option that can be offered by Financial Consultants to their clients. This requirement along with the ability to apply the appropriate level of business acumen to ensure aggressive growth and profitably product is essential.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develops and implements a comprehensive marketing plan that is results oriented and measurable
- Develops and maintains processes that track results of marketing plans and publishes results.
- Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with vendors, sales force and operations staff.
- Acts as first point of contact to vendors, sales force and operational staff in relation to the banking products.
- Keeps knowledge current on the all banking products, similar competitive products available to clients and relevant industry market trends.
- Collaborates with other areas within WMS to develop and promote cross-selling opportunities.
- Is familiar with Client reward programs associated with the Debit and Credit Card Industry.
- Updates and maintains brochures/prospectuses. Ensure that this information is accurate and timely.
- Assists with vendor relationships between Janney and its suppliers in relation to new account forms, account form changes, etc.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Required education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in product marketing to broker/dealer Financial Consultants, preferably in a related product area
