Must have Commerical Refrigeration or Related experience

The Director of Operations will be responsible for all aspects of production and maintenance. 

  • Reporting to the President and serving as a member of the Management Staff
  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies of the company
  • Lead the organizational transition to a 100% Lean Manufacturing environment
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
  • Oversee overall operational management, planning, systems and controls.
  • Management of operational budget in coordination with the President and VP of Finance
