Entry Level Sales Representative

Hess Print Solutions, a top United States catalog, book and special interest magazine manufacturer, is seeking entry level inside sales professionals in the Downers Grove area to support our continued expansion in the printing marketplace.

As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers to introduce them to Hess Print Solutions while growing sales and providing strategic solutions in a business-to-business environment. During your first year, you will learn our business through a hands-on training program that will include a thorough understanding of our production process while you refine your inside sales respresentative skills.

Qualified candidates will possess exellent business talents including:

• The ability to listen and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words
• Ability to learn and understand manufacturing processes
• Control and command of the English language
• Persuasion and persistence 
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to increase sales
• Creativity to provide consultative services to our clients to determine best solutions
• Excellent organizational and time managment skills
• The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted

Successful candidates will possess the ability to build strong relationships, meet demanding deadlines and achieve performance goals. Additional attributes include:
