Spherion Staffing is recruiting an experienced print, mailing and database management processor for our client which specializes in business communications services.

The Ideal candidate will have experience in print, mailing, presort software and customer database management, as well as, a comprehenisve knowledge of current USPS regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Management of client supplied databases
Plan and schedule mailing work
Ensure all mailings are compliant with USPS regulations for best rates
Operate mailing production equipment when needed
Production planning for digital press work
Work closely with clients regarding schedules and production matters

Must have working knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
Must have experience with BCC postal automation software or related programs
Understanding of variable data print programs a plus

Must work well under pressure conditions
Position will require some evening and weekend overtime
Must have own vehicle for periodic travel to and from local post office
Must be able to present a clean driving record
