Village Inn Restaurants, a leader in family dining, is currently seeking an Assistant Manager for our corporate restaurant in Fremont, Nebraska.

Requirements

Requirements for the Assistant Manager position:

 

  • Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years of current management experience in restaurant operations in QSR, fast casual, family or casual dining.
  • Pay range for this position:  $32K - $38.5K/year
  • 2 year college degree preferred
  • Must have the ability to build a successful team
  • Demonstrates ability to motivate employees with a high level of energy
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and solve problems quickly
  • Should show positive salary/career progression in previous work history
  • Must be able to pass a background check
