Description MECHANIC, MAITENANCE / ELEC.

Growing food manufacturer is in need of experienced Maintenace Mechanic 2nd and 3rd shift openings. Excellent starting salary, top notch benefits including pension plan, bonus and incentives $$$$$$

.

Understands how to use a torellini machine.

Well versed on General controls and PLC system

Disassemble, inspects, reassembles, troubleshoots, repairs and replaces malfunctioning
parts or equipment (motors, switches, sensors, input/output boards, controllers servos, gears, sprocket chains, knives)

Cleans, lubricates and adjusts guides, sealing jaws, senors, servos, and timing for process systems of packaging equipment to improve efficiency, quality or operation.

Performs routing preventative maintenance procedures as per schedule.

Installs change parts (pockets, flap tuckers, filing folding shoulders etc.) on production machinery to allow to runa a different size, shape or product.

Installs new equipment

Acitvely seeks to find problems in assignment area and correct before a problem becomes
critical.

Communicates conditions of equipment by: completing appropriate maintenance records, transferring knowledge of conditions to incoming mechanics at shift change, and informing supervisor of significant problems.

Displays cooperation by working closely with production personnel.

Adheres to all plant safety, sanitation, and quality assurance programs and follows our good manufacturing practices.

Must work all scheduled overtime.

Performs other duties as required.

Requirements .

Requirements;

Must understand the structure and process of a tortellini machine.

5+ years experience preferred.

High school Diploma, or GED, Technical school.

Must successfully pass a drug and background check.

Must be available to work ASAP.
