Job Description

We have an exceptional career opportunity in our Roselle Headquarters for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Process all EG union payroll which includes but not limited to:

    • Entering Hours into ADP and verifying EE changes from HR

    • Child Support Payments

    • Verifications

    • Creating reports as requested

    • Auditing the monthly GL files & creating the appropriate adjustment JE’s

  • Toronto payroll processing-including month end JE & WSIB payments in rotation
  • Back up to other team members including the Payroll Manager when needed
  • Process all EG union payments

  • Posting weekly TimeZone file to E1 and correcting any kick-out errors in rotation



Job Requirements

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five year’s of Payroll processing experience. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 year’s experience working with the ADP payroll process. Union payroll experience is helpful. This person must have the ability to understand protocol, take constructive criticism, and manage relationships with co-workers in a fast paced environment. Excellent problem solving ability and good follow-up skills are required. The ability to work under strict deadlines, in addition to possessing excellent customer service and communication skills will allow you to succeed in this role. Previous management experience is helpful.  College degree preferred, but not required.
