Training comprised of three long and boring safety videos and a 1000 page manual that is so complicated to understand you will end up using to prop up your wobbly desk.

Job Description

 

 

  Our Junior Consultants are responsible for the following:

 

·          Maintaining & Building Customer Relationships

·          Creating new market share

·          Territory Management

 

·          Compensation on pay for performance basis  

·          Campaign Management and Development

 

·          Interviewing and training

·          Basic Data Entry

 

Requirements

 
 

The following job skills and requirements are preferred if you are interested in one of our positions:

 

·          2-4 years customer service experience

·          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·          Superior work ethic

·          Strong time management skills

·          Solution oriented

·          Ability to complete assigned tasks and functions with minimal supervision.

·          Able to travel 4-8 times a year.

 

 

A degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, Communications, or Entrepreneurship is preferred.  If you do not have a degree in one of the above areas, but feel you meet the rest of the requirements, please submit a resume as certain work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
