SOUS CHEF

Gulf Coast Village, Cape Coral’s Premier Continuing Care Retirement Community, seeks a Sous Chef with demonstrated work experience.  The ideal high energy candidate will be responsible for budgets, organizing, directing, performing and overseeing our Kitchen team.

Qualified candidate must have prior supervisory, ACHA, safety and sanitation experience in a fast paced kitchen environment.  Flexible hours that require working weekends and holidays as needed.

An affinity for working with seniors is a plus; flexibility in schedule and willingness to learn a must.  Competitive wages and an excellent benefit plan.
