Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position will be supporting the CPFR process with major accounts. In additional to CPFR support, this person willd provide support, and in demand forecasting for Sales & Marketing team. Reporting on SCM related subjects and KPI follow-up will be additional duties. Communication with sales, marketing, and HQ forms are the core of this job position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

CPFR process coordination with sales people & customers
Manage and forecast of IT product demand
Analyze customer sales trend, replenishment, unshipped, backorders
BL issue based on product allocation, incoming product and material availability
Monitoring SCM KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
Supports SCM team & related people with daily reports
Interfaces daily with various departments at all levels of management
Assist with other Supply Chain projects as necessary

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree or higher required or equivalent experience
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills
Supply Chain Management experience preferred
APICS Certification preferred
SAP skills is a plus
Fluent in Korean language preferred
Proficient in using standard software (Microsoft Office, etc)
