Description

In business since 1866, we continue to grow and provide cutting-edge solutions for all aspects of dealerships. We are currently seeking applicants for an exciting Systems Sales Trainee position!
The Systems Sales Trainee’s role is to accomplish two things:
1. Training ground in the sales organization so the associate can learn to sell. The training program will be put in place by the Regional Sales Director (RSD) to ensure success.
2. Assist the Account Manager, your “Mentor", in the assigned territory with the various stages of the sales process to achieve the designated sales quota.
The Systems Sales Trainee’s responsibilities are to take day-to-day direction from the Mentor and RSD on sales activities that will drive revenue such as:
- Participating in the planning and implementation of market strategies and programs
- Teaming with the Mentor to achieve sales goals of a specific set of solutions through the sales cycle
- Participation in solutions team business reviews
- Working with the Mentor to evaluate leads and gather competitive intelligence
- Participation in customer prospecting events and trade and product shows
- Basic administrative duties as needed, including updates and maintenance of appropriate reporting/database systems
Training:
Nine weeks of classroom training at Reynolds University and 6 months-2 years of on-the-job training with a mentor and classroom training at our Reynolds University in Dayton, Ohio.
Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Persuasiveness and sales closing ability
- Able to work as a team member and be a positive influence on others
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Must be willing to relocate upon completion of training
