We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated and kind hearted to work in the Customer Service Department of Enzacta International, LLC. This person must have great time management skills, be highly organized and a have positive attitude to take on the day!

The Customer Service Representative would:
- Answer and manage phone calls
- Data entry
- Process orders
- Track customer data
- Provide customer support to both Spanish and English speaking customers
Requirements
Requirements to be a Customer Service Representative:
- Developed communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience with customer service
- High School Degree or equivalent
