Description

Metals company located in Southeast Houston is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in Spanish.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily interaction with large customer base on contractual and transactional business
Respond to customers quotations, needs, inquiries and complaints
Process customer orders
Source for non-stock items
Follow up with customers
Work closely with territory managers, credit, inventory, systems, warehouse and other departments within the company

Requirements

2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
Fluent in Spanish
Experience in the aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steel, brass, copper carbon steel and nickel alloys industry a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred, will consider an Associates Degree
Proficient in Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
