Job Description

Positions available
One (1) Full-time 
One (1) Part-time

 

  • Assumes responsibility for patient care and hospital administrative functions on the evening and night shifts. 
  • Collaborates with Patient Care Managers, other department managers and/or Executive Managers to ensure safe, quality care for all patients. 
  • Resource person for patient care issues.
  • Identiry problems and deficiencies in a hospital system and work to achieve change.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and independent decision making.


Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.  BSN preferred. 
  • Current Illinois Professional Nursing Licensure.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of pediatric nursing experience required.
  • Miniumu of one (1) year management experience required.
  • CPR certification required.  PALS certification preferred upon hire.
