Surgical nurses choose Baylor Health Care System because we offer more than outstanding benefits and a national reputation. They ensure that patient care meets our high standards of safety, effectiveness, patient rights and guest relations.

With more than 100 ORs and 60,000 surgical procedures performed each year in the Baylor system, our perioperative nurses enjoy growth and learning opportunities throughout their careers.
