Operations Manager

My client is a leader in the Automation & Controls industry.  They primarily work with Oil & Gas companies and are seeking an Operations Manager to help grow their marketshare.  This opportunity  is a newly created position that my client is looking to fill promptly.

Requirements:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for preparing cost reports and supervising projects.  You will coordinate activities with Engineering, Marketing and Field personnel.  You will oversee and direct department staff and be responsible for short and long term planning.  We are truly looking for someone with strong vision and leadership qualities. 

 

  • 7+ years experience as an Electrical Subcontract Provider

  • BS in Engineering, Construction Management or Similar

  • Journeyman/Master Electrician’s License

  • Prefer Oil & Gas industry experience

  • Working knowledge of NEC code
