Job Description

A new group within a stable and dynamic department is looking for great Customer Service/Sales talent!

Handle inbound sales calls - customers over the telephone to achieve assigned revenue goals and quotas

 

Answers questions about products and services 
 

Responds to customers via phone, fax, and/or correspondence

 

Effectively builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions


Job Requirements

  • Inside Sales background a must
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • High close ratio
  • High energy, can multi-task, team oriented
  • Must have phone sales experience
  • Must be available between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm 7 days a week with possible overtime
  • This is a Temp to Hire position with a reputable and stable company
