 To help us continue to drive our business forward, we’re in search of an experienced On-Site Program Manager to join our team in Norwalk, Connecticut.


Our On-Site Program Manager is accountable for developing client relationships at our client site. Additionally, the OPM will manage the staffing, operations, recruiting and sub-vendor relationships.



JOB SUMMARY: This position, in partnership with COMFORCE Branch Management, provides tactical and strategic staffing and program support that consistently meets or exceeds the client’s business expectations, while meeting COMFORCE’s business objectives.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Goals:

  • Manages the activities and performance of COMFORCE Supplier contractors or temporary employees working at the client Healthcare location.
  • Conducts new employee orientation.
  • Manages the On-Site Program Team
  • Meets all program goals and performance requirements Service Goals:
  • Understands and constantly verifies the needs, expectations, and performanceobjectives of management and key contacts throughout  the client  healthcare  organization
  • Provides superior customer service to the client, suppliers, and contract staff
  • Receives, manages and fills the client’s clinical and non-clinical staffing orders including communicating with the supplier base and support branch and assuming ownership for the timely fulfillment
  • Meets with the client’s management and key contacts to ensure all needs, expectations and performance objectives are being met in a timely, proactive manner
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of the clinical and non-clinical job requirements and performance expectations for each position staffed 
  • Coordinates the payroll and invoicing processes assuming ownership for client satisfaction regarding these processes
  • Maintains supplier employees’ credential records 
  • Updates all pertinent data in the Comforce technology system
  • Provides updates and reports to client as requested


Job Requirements

 

EDUCATION: Graduate 2 yr degree or equivalent experience required

EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Nursing, Healthcare, or Temporary staffing background needed

  • Two to three years of branch management experience highly desired

  • One to three years staffing or human resource industry related experience required 

  • Previous management of internal staff -required 
  •  Previous On-Site/VMS/MSP experience -highly desired
  • Previous corporate recruiting experience in a healthcare environment helpful

 

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing * Strong organization skills.  * Ability to negotiate with all levels of the organization * Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously * Ability to understand and respond to a sense of urgency * Ability to assess client’s needs and provide solutions * Service oriented * MS Word and Excel a must.
