We are looking for high caliber Customer Service Professionals, with an excellent track record that incorporates at least 4 years of experience assisting, advising and troubleshooting various customer inquiries with the utmost care and first call resolution.
Must be professional, articulate, dependable, and enjoy working with customers in multiple product and service lines. Excellent problem solving and technical skills required. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
** PAID TRAINING 3-4 WEEKS: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM**
Available work shifts are: 1:00pm to 9:00pm, 2:00pm to 10:00pm and 4:00pm to 12:00am, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, UP TO $20.00 PER HOUR (weekly pay) and generous benefits package, including medical, dental, prescription, vision, supplemental long term disability, short term disability, life insurance, retirement fund, 401(k), vacation time and more.
