LEAD Agent (outbound calling and sales representative) for our Kansas City, MO headquarters responsible for cultivating new business and aggressively growing our customer base.

These job responsibilities represent the minimum working commitment of the LEAD agent:
- Achieve call rate and lead generation targets through substantial B2B cold calling.
- Committed customer service orientation.
- Effectively qualify opportunities using B.A.N.T. criteria, by identifying budget, authority, need and timeframe for implementation.
- Build in the customer awareness of products, campaigns and services during the call.
- Attend all training/briefing sessions given by various Partners and business colleagues to ensure all knowledge levels on products, pricing and promotions are up to date.
- Schedule appointments for Sales Reps to meet prospective customers.
- Adopt efficient work practices and be able to prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Excellent telemarketing/sales skills with the ability to create interest, recognizing buying signals and identifying business opportunities.
- Provide well-written lead qualification reports. Reports should utilize formal business-style writing and proper grammar. Reports should have an appropriate flow and provide a good synthesis and analysis of each decision-maker's point-of-view.
- Enthusiasm for security. Hires must value the benefits brought by the security solutions and services offered.
- Talented Software Usage. Staff must provide rapid and accurate data entry into the CRM system.
