Collection Representative - Full and Part Time/1st and 2nd Shift

We are looking for those who want to excel in the role of a Collection Representative. This is a soft customer service oriented environment!

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Full time days 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday

Part time days 8:00am-12:30pm Monday-Thursday; 9am-1pm Saturdays 

Full time nights 1pm-10pm Monday-Thursday; 12:30pm-9:30pm Friday 

Part time nights 5:30pm-10pm Monday-Thursday; 9am-1pm Saturdays

****Must be able to train Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for 2 and 1/2 weeks****

Responsibilities-

Collection representatives to perform account follow-up and resolutions of patient receivables in our inbound/outbound call center. These collection representatives are responsible for assisting customers who have outstanding balances on HCA hospital bills. The position requires excellent customer service and listening skills and the ability to negotiate with customers to resolve their obligations.

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum 30 WPM typing
