REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Intrepid USA Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Home Health professional to direct special projects, collaborate with Corporate Officers and Administrators on development of procedures and systems to achieve delivery of client care services in conjunction with agency and company goals and financial objectives.

This position will provide direct leadership for Administrators in an assigned territory.  The Regional Director will monitor the agencies' progress toward achieving agency and company strategic goals. Position will ensure daily application of business principles and successfully manage the key business indicators and collaborate with senior management.

The Regional Director of Operations position requires a Registered Nurse with a Business Degree.  Requires 5 years experience in manageral, leadership and business management positions, healthcare related preferred.  Also required 5 years Medicare Certified Home Health experience.

Must have strong negotiation skills, budget management experience, regulatory knowledge, strategic planning experience and analytical skills.

Leadership and management experience in effective team building and continuous quality improvement programs.

Working knowledge and experience in cross-functional business segments and their integrated influences and relationships.

Effective and experienced in motivating and mentoring others who may or may not be in a direct reporting relationship,

Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
