It's your chance to become a part of the winning team! Pella earned the J.D.Power and Associates award for the 'Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Window and Door Manufacturers' and is searching for highly motivated Sales Consultants in the Chicagoland area.


Replacement Sales Consultant:
Our Replacement Sales Consultants give in home presentations and sell Pella products to homeowners throughout the Chicagoland area. A customer focused attitude, strong presentation skills, and an ability to communicate the value of Pella as a home improvement solution are important ingredients for success in this position.

Qualified candidates will be self motivated and highly organized, have excellent communication, customer service, and project management skills, and be an experienced PC user. Knowledge of the building industry and construction materials is preferred. Replacement Sales Consultants often make sales calls in the evenings and on Saturdays.
