Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
Education

While not required, a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.


Experience

Management/supervisory experience and/or business ownership and/or sales experience are highly desirable.


Employment Stability

Preferred candidates will have no more than two employers in the past five years, unless the candidate advanced their career by changing employers.


Financial Stability

To support their entry into the business, candidates must have financial strength with some liquidity. Favorable credit rating is also required and no bankruptcy filings within the past 5 years.


Professionalism

Professional appearance and demeanor along with strong communication skills are required.


Strong Desire for Success

Highly qualified candidates will be success and goal oriented, self-starter individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit. Must have exceptional character and integrity.


People Skills

Must have proven ability to establish relationships.
