Director of Nursing (DON)
Windsor House, Inc. is a well-respected, family owned nursing home chain with 50 years of tradition of caring and compassion for our residents and employees alike. We own 11 nursing homes and two assisted living facilities in Northeast Ohio and Western PA.
Windsor House, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN to be our Director of Nursing at Burton Health Care Center, in Burton, OH.

Eligible candidates must possess skills necessary to organize, develop, and direct nursing services. This position requires leadership and technical ability, a documented history of working with the elderly and problem-solving skills. Must demonstrate a commitment to quality care and utilize a team approach to nursing management.
Requirements
Qualified candidate must be an RN licensed in the State of Ohio and have two years prior nurse management experience preferably as a DON or ADON.
