Bi-Lingual Account Executive
CoAMS, Inc., a technology-driven trade promotions management firm, is seeking an Account NSI/CoAMS, Inc. a technology driven marketing services firm, is seeking a bi-lingual (Portuguese) Account Executive with excellent account management skills, customer service experience, and strong technology proficiency. This position will be responsible for managing both client and partner/vendor relationships. Our fast paced environment requires the candidate to keep a high energy level and demonstrate the ability to keep client services objectives aligned with the goals of the business.
Our Account Executive is responsible for overseeing account activities and managing programs for the Latin American branches of our Fortune 500 clients. Account Executives must provide excellent customer service and support to our clients and partners. This role is responsible for consulting clients on trade promotion initiatives, managing the maintenance and enhancement of their client’s customized websites, analyzing all program data, and introducing additional services to current clients. This is not a sales role.
Ideal candidates will have advertising/promotion experience, marketing services experience, or account experience from a technology or software services firm. Candidates must be technology-savvy. Candidates must be fluent in Portuguese, have excellent verbal and written skills, solid working knowledge of a PC and be comfortable with various technology platforms. A bachelor’s degree is required.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively support client needs, suggesting program improvements, developing solid relationships with key client team members and senior client decision makers
- Manage client technical requests, working closely with the development team to prioritize requests and clarify client directives, also acting as a primary application tester once requests are completed
- Perform annual management reviews involving data analysis, program recommendations, and presentation of information to client
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures outlining program information necessary to properly manage and administer the program

Strong relationship building and consultative relationship development with current clients leading to upselling value-add services on top of the current program

Providing overall leadership for the account and account team, insuring efficient operations and a profitable relationship with the client and managing coordinators and analysts that handle daily account activity

Quickly develop a working knowledge of the internal technical systems

Qualifications:
This is a full-time, in-house position. Telecommuting is not available. We are unable to offer sponsorship at this time. All applicants must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US.
